The worst! The app is buggy and requires Bluetooth, NFC and localisation in order to work properly (should only require Bluetooth). It stole 20 euros as it doesn't keep track of the money you top up. The developers do not reply to the email sent. After A MONTH I managed to get my money back (it should've taken a couple of days). Now it doesn't let me top up with PayPal, so it's basically useless. Good job, that's the worst experience I've had with an app, hands down!

The absolute worst. Only reason I use is because I have no other choice where I live (uni dorms). 1) App requires absurd permissions. 2) If you charge a machine but dont use the balance for less than 5 minutes it will reset. 3) if you pay with cash, it does not return change! I srsly can't imagine why this company still exists in our capitalist society where efficiency == survival; They probably operate in other no-alternative places. Thank you for listening to my TED-Rant...

Damn Boi
Can't even find the laundry near me, nonetheless I can find it on my Bluetooth list on the phone, but nothing in the app. Design and User experience is literally a garbage.
