MyRepChat was created by a Financial Advisor and a Registered Principal for the benefit of Financial Advisors to provide a compliant solution to effectively and efficiently communicate with clients. 1/24/25 -- Had to redo my original review. App still doesn't work at least half the time, if not more. The online app seems to be more reliable, though the purpose of this is supposed to be a mobile texting app. Have to force stop and restart the app usually multiple times per day. It's painful. Wish there were more options for compliant texting as this is nearly unusable.

App really needs work. If I type a message for too long it completely slows down. Every time I use my phones 'Back' button it wants me to exit the app instead of just going back a screen. Really clumsy experience. And now the latest update makes all incoming messages disappear off screen so you can't read all of them. Absolutely ridiculous.

Have had numerous issues with the app - from not being able to make outbound calls, to not being able to receive inbound calls. At various points issues have been addressed but never fixed. Currently I cannot receive any notifications from the myrepchat app - I use a Galaxy z flip 3 - and the myrepchat app after a recent update to the phones software is now considered a system app and all notifications are being blocked with no way that I have discovered to resolve this issue.
