Really bad. When I downloaded the app and opened it, it was fine. But once I closed and reopened it, I kept getting "network issues" - no matter whether I was on 4G, wifi, at home - I couldn't scan the receipts. I had to uninstall and reinstall it... and then the same thing happened. Just really poor because what's the point of the app then?

Do not install on Samsung 23 as it will cause green line on screen! I pressed on the Virtual Membership Card and my screen went very bright then the green line appeared! Restarting phone multiple times could not work! I uninstalled the ion app the next day then off phone then start after that the green line went away. Developers please fix ASAP and ensure not to control phone brightness to the max when loading QR code in the app!

Uploading of receipt within 7 days actually meant 6 with day of purchase as day 1. Its a nice gesture to allow many days in case of invalid receipt submission to re-try again, in which case the app does NOT notify user of invalid receipt. It is already troublesome to wait some days for receipt to process, on top of an unenticing point system. Its like the app & loyalty program exist to hit KPI....
