Terrible. When it was working, you had to log in every time, select you vehicle (even if you have only one ) choose the parking location (it defaulted to locations that were more expensive and much further away) and click several times to set the exit time and date. IMPOSSIBLE to use if you are in a car... NOW IT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL - NO GARAGES FOUND IN NYC!!!!

App is very buggy. Constantly logs you out. No way to save login email address. No biometric login support. When choosing a date and time for checkout it prompts you 3x for the time. Overall needs fine tuning.

I reserved parking. When i went there they said there is no space. And i said i already paid. They said you can cancel in app. I tried many times to cancel but it shows pending and it dont give me refund. I send message in contact section and I send email. Nobody didnt answer.
