Frustrated Everytime you update I have issues. This time it tells me to update. I go to play store and have to remove the app and reinstall. Even after doing this several times I still get the same message that I need to update. Still unable to look at my account. ***update*** finally the update shows up. Next time maybe before you completely cut off access and tell us to update our apps, you actually have the update available to download.
I miss Audrey I never have any luck logging in & checking my account balance while I'm out & about. I shouldn't have to go home or go to the bank to do so! Audrey was a reliable quick source, this app takes forever to get into & get things done.
Stop trying to fix what isn't broken Every single time you update the app which works perfectly fine then it has issues. I updated because I had no choice to since everytime I tried logging in it told me I needed to update and so I did and now I can hit log in as many times as I like and it says it's logging in then just refreshes back to the log in screen. Its really irritating that when Im trying to see if my account has received my paycheck that I can't do that when with the last update I could log in and use all the features with no issues
