About this app

MTCU member-owners are busier than ever before. They need the fast, secure access that E*teller provides without being stuck to a PC at their home or office. This is now available with the new MTCU Mobile App. MTCU member-owners are able to manage their accounts from their mobile devices with the same ease of use and security they are used to with Eteller. From your mobile phone you can:

• View account balances and account history
• View the front and back of cleared checks
• Transfer money within your MTCU account or to other MTCU accounts
• Make Loan payments
• Access and pay bills using Billpay*
• Find MTCU branches and ATM’s
• View MTCU hours of operation
• Contact an MTCU employee

You must be a current MTCU member-owner and already have access to E*teller to use the MTCU Mobile App. For information about membership eligibility or to sign up for E*teller please go to www.mtcu.org.

*Must be signed up for Billpay through E*teller prior to accessing the product with MTCU Mobile App.

Worked once upon a time. Developers "improved" something to the point of breaking it then abandoned it. Now I can't even mobile deposit because I refuse to give unending permission into my photos & videos, permission to record/make calls. Like seriously please explain why the app needs permission to make calls. I purposely use an app to NOT have to talk to another person. MTCU needs to get it together. Such a headache. & I now live 5 hours away.

Developer take note: this app used to work flawlessly until recently. It takes up to 10 minutes to load your transactions now regardless of what type of connection I am on. It used to load instantly.

The app could be improved in just about every way possible. Sad for such a good bank to have a mediocre app. My phone recently updated and now the app will not work stating its only functional with the previous version of software 😑
