Mobile deposit is total garbage. Biggest problem is the flash comes on randomly and takes an illegible photo of the check(s). There appears to be no way to shut it off. Lately I have been putting my finger over the flash in hopes of making it work. So far none of these deposits have been released. Still in the dark. 2/4/2023 Now the flash isn't part of the issue. I put the check on a black surface and all I get is blurry brightness in which I cannot even tell where the check is.

Login on this app is absolutely ridiculous. If you login and them log out for 1 second and want back in it, it locks you out for 15 mins every single time. You can't pay your auto loan from the app either. It's really not a good app at all unfortunately.

Biometric login bypasses security questions when it used to allow users to set an option if they want to bypass or not. Mobile check deposit camera can't refocus, automatically opens camera without telling you what side of the check you're taking a picture of. If you have to retake one of your mobile deposit pictures it won't submit the picture you retook and will result in a denied deposit. Transferring money between accounts doesn't have an option to go home, only choice is make new transfer.
