I like the ease and convenience of the app. Although I do not like that it constantly tells me my password is wrong when I know it's not. I cannot tell you how many times in the last two months I've had to change my password cuz this darn thing locked it up all the time. I realize that you have to have security but it is a little overdone when you have to log in and then you have to answer security questions. Also it should have biometric capability, that would be super convenient.

The login screen glitches about 75% of the time, rendering the app fairly useless. When it works, it works well, but I should not have to attempt multiple logins and then resort to the website just to check my account balance.

***Again, I'm asking please fix this app!!! It crashes almost every time I use it and has to be deleted and reinstalled in order to work again. That's ridiculous. This app crashes a lot. I have to uninstall/reinstall almost every time I go to use it. Please fix!
