Absolutely my worst experience with any company in Taiwan. I advise everyone reading never to give these people control of a single dollar of your money! They can suspend your account with no reason given, tell you to contact Customer Service while not providing a link, email address, or phone number for said service, and send you in endless circles of automated responses till you give up. It is nearly impossible to reach a human being. Worse than PayPal, which is a truly remarkable feat.

Initial log in problems have been resolved, payment service works fine.

I can't add my bank account (CTBC), various errors. Also my visa card for iPass doesn't show I put Tpass on it. And it's unclear if I can use the app as tap and pay for Tpass
