This app has no way to set an automatic payment from my account, so every month I get an email threatening to cancel my insurance and I get a late fee when I pay past due. It has been almost a year and this app has shown absolutely no improvement no way to set automatic payments not even a way to set any notification that your password is going to be due soon! This app is a joke.

So many issues with this companies website, app, and phone system. I was overseas and could not even load the website, neither was the app able to connect/update/whatever. Thus, I was left with long distance phone calls while waiting on hold for what seemed like a lifetime. Fast forward to today...I cannot pay my bill using a BoA VISA because the mailing address is in a different country...extremely disappointing yet again.

To hard to put in password, had to put it in 7 times, made me think I forgot the password. If you want to reset requires to much the world pin crazy. I'm on the road I didn't have the code. If they want a pin we need to give a pin we want. Sucks
