I was having some issues with surveys abruptly ended not due to incompatible demographics, but just terminating 80% of the way thru. Then did a long survey, it asked for a 30 or 60 second video, and would give an extra 500 points for it. I did it, and screenshotted the upload being complete. Never got the 500 points. got the same explanation as always, sometimes you're just not compatible with the survey. No I completed it. Then 90% finished with a 250 point survey and it did it again. uninstall

I am changing my rating back to a 5 because, though it took over a week to get my last 2 rewards, (there is a disclaimer about that) I was able to receive an Amazon reward instantly today. GOD IS GREAT!!! And the availability of surveys is really good impaired to most survey apps plus they usually give you 5 points even if you don't qualify for the survey, but you usually do qualify for a good number of surveys. So far, so good.

Crashes mid survey; available survey list doesn't match with notifications sent; customer support is nil, with their support consisting of a useless form letter. I can deal with the repetitiveness, and even the inconsistency in questions, but too many problems aren't worth my time for the low points given because of their poorly designed surveys.
