Alright but sometimes the app freezes, glitches or I accidentally click off the screen and when I try to go back to the survey it kicks me off completely! Not even letting me go back to answering (by saying I got rejected + also this not giving me the points. It sucks when I just got started but is rly annoying when youve completed almost all the questions! Have sent email. Tried some tips but still.

i had no problems accessing my account via browser, but tried the app anyway. since loading the app, some features from the website are not available to me. clicking links in emails automatically opens the app, and the features just aren't there; I'm sent directly to my profile in the app instead of the articles/activities, and navigating around my account doesn't show the content, either.

you have the daily wheel spin thing, but it doesn't show on the app. only on the website. but 98% of the time, if you log on the website it just redirects you to the app. also, if you're going to ask for detailed responses to questions, don't flag me for giving detailed responses and threaten to close my account cause your AI thinks I'm using AI to write fake responses. I waste a lot of time giving you my responses. don't ask if you don't want a response.
