The app works in terms of being able to keep an eye on your balances and tranfer funds when needed, but certain features are not as they should be. My only complaint from a user that doesn't need a lot of bells and whistles from mobile banking is that I cannot access the user profile page from my phone as it just comes up blank. Id love to be to use fast balance without logging in, but it seems the app is not cooperating. Disappointed, but at the same time I expected as much.
Needs a lot of improvement This app is a sad comparison to my previous credit unions app. User name, password and two security questions are required for every sign in. Takes too long to load. Mobile deposit does not work and just displays a black screen. Overall design and layout of the app is lacking.
The app is simple and does what I need it to do. Can't go wrong with that. Also I had an issue with mobile deposit. Called IQ Credit Union they told me how to fix it. (Droid phone) Go into your settings then you apps. Click IQ then permission. Click on camera and that should fix the issue.
Please Help me IQCU! Your mobile deposit feature doesn't work on the Samsung S7. Just a black screen. Please fix
Needs A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT. Plus the credit union doesn't support android pay. I don't think the big boys that run the credit union care about making any improvements to the app or the branch it's self because nothing has changed.
We just switched credit unions for many reasons, mainly to have more mobile features available. Except they don't work. I only get a black screen trying to do a mobile deposit, the log in process is tedious, and I can't view details on any purchases whether payed or pending.
