Can't reschedule flight from the app or website or over phone. Only option is to send a mail, which they reply late with a link to pay any additional amount. And the link does not work. It took almost whole day with lot of email communication but still my flight could not be rescheduled. I moved from 72 hrs window to less than 72 hrs window due to which when I cancelled the flight out of frustration, I had to pay additional amount. I know this review won't matter to them as they are government.

This app was the best once, now it has become the worst. When you open you get an adv. pop up. And after that yhe app just crashes. You can't search anything then.
