Worst experience, food didn't delivered at the time in the station, very poor customer support,it was happened in past month but till now I didn't get refund for that issue, in this there is a number for contact them but that number doesn't reach any one.. can't able to mail them so totally waste of time and money, I recommend didn't install is app. There is a no option to give negative star so only I gave one star because one star is a minimum star for rate

I was delighted with the timely delivery, the freshness, and the excellent packaging of the food. The quantity was generous, and the spices were just right, reminiscent of home-cooked meals. It was perfect for the whole family, not too spicy for the kids. Overall, my experience with this app was fantastic. I highly recommend using it to enjoy delicious, high-quality, hygienic food.

Worst experience.! I wish I could give less than one star, I booked a breakfast meal for me and my family for our Journey (PUNE - CST), food wasn't delivered at the selected station, despite being prepaid. When I raised an issue from within the app, it was said that it will take atleast 15 days to get resolved. At last they gave me a voucher of almost half the money I paid, which is of no use to me as I am not a frequent Train Traveller.
