Worst Experience.... Ordered food on time 3 hrs before arrival and yet it was not delivered... I was not sure if it would be delivered so didn't prepaid it... I called on number they provided and he said collect from coach door where there was no one. Please don't rely on them... I ordered from Behrouz Biryani... Don't order from them as well. Very very very service. Also they don't care to support immediately. Overall very baf experience and not recommended at all.

How can the basic function not work? The train number and seat number is not updated properly. Until I pay it shows correct and the when payment confirmation is done. It shows the previous travel information with wrong train number and seat number. How will the restaurant accept with this wrong data? I got my previous 2 orders cancelled and now traveling without food. Please fix asap.
