Ratings and reviews

Order my food twice. Was not delivered on both occasions, despite it being a prepaid. Now even the refund is not being issued. According to the app, "resolution" might take 15 days. Items on the menus are on the expensive side. On the face of it, whole app seems to be a facade to rip off train passengers, as they don't have any viable alternative available.

Used it twice in 26 hour train trip. Clear and easy to use. Chose to pay cash on delivery. One shop came straight to our bed, the other called us and asked us to come to the door. Quality of food was correspondent to the shop ratings if not better. Price is maybe a little higher but you are paying for convenience and the food was better than the onboard food I had had before.

Very worst service, I had ordered food 2 hours before the departure. No real time tracking information available in the app. Also the delivery boy came after the train left and status was showing as delivered in the application. If you call the service center they say it takes 15 days to refund the amount. Not sure how it takes fraction of seconds to deduct our money after we order and same it takes 15 days to refund in this digital world.
