I updated 3.5.3 version of this app on my Samsung galaxy E270L downloaded movies with current subscription but couldn't play even 1 movie. Having met all the customer care instructions they had no option than to tell me that they are working to resolve the issue. What a deceit? Why not quit from this store than allowing us to waste our data and subscription?
I hate you Iroko since the day you stopped us from being able to cast movies on our.. I think I shouldn't be forced to watch only on my phone and not be able to cast movies on my TV for my family to watch.. you lot have been promising to put it back on but it's all lies from Mr njoku who even refused to reply my email..
I am currently using the latest version, I have downloaded movies, can't play them, has d error message "unfortunately iroko has stopped " I've wasted data. I can't even cast iroko to my TV to watch. Am always subjected to using my tablet. 30days of expiration is close n my movies will soon disappear. I wish I don't a 12mnth subscription.
I'm SO DISAPPOINTED 😞 in you IROKO TV. I can't watch some series on my phone or ipad. I have reported this countless times to your support team through chat but no positive response and problem still not resloved. Why must you also restrict us from watching movies or series only via the app but no more via your website? I've paid for something I'm not having any access to. So disappointing. That's total deceit. You better fix it. Hello Iroko , this is a reply to your response. I did have a chat with you and was told I'll receive an email but for two days now nothing. Kindly treat your customers' issues with respect and urgency. Sorry I'll not renew my payment when my subscription is due. Thanks.
This app is annoying now, it was good and used to function well but ever since I updated it, it has refused to open. I regret updating it. You guys should fix it.
My subscription is ending tomorrow but I can't watch anything now why. Can I have replied to this message or you are ignored me because am not renew now is this the best way to treat customers and we are blaming Nigeria.
