For the past three weeks there has been no new movies loaded. I have a valid subcription. This is the second time this has happened. In the past I uninstall and reinstall the apps, which worked. That hack no longer works. I have also tried the manual sync this does not work. Kindly repair this issue. Thank you.

Hi Marsha,
let's get this resolved for you. Please manually synchronize the app. Here is how: Click on the profile icon, at the top right hand side of the app. Scroll down to tap on the Last synced option and hold it down for a while. Log out and log back in again then check the movie page.

I was hoping some adjustments can be made to the app especially in the case of aspect ratio for the videos. There should be an allowance to enable it cover the entire screen or reduce as one pleases please. A lot of movies I watch sometimes strain my eyes and I am sure other customers will equally appreciate if they can increase the screen size too. Generally, the app is awesome

I used to enjoy watching movies on this app, but since a year ago it stopped casting to my Xbox One, I basically use "AirServer" app, downloaded on my Xbox One to cast my phone to the Xbox, so that I can watch it on my TV, but since the last few updates irokotv decided to put filters on their movies so that when you try to cast it to your TV it won't work. It's the only app on my phone that doesn't show video on my TV ones I started playing a movie, but sound works.
