Layne Green (GroundPound)
Pretty awesome! Feels like it has everything the original swarm simulator lacked. Graphics, more useful stats, and a unique crystal system. Doesn't force ads either! I only wish it could be played without a network connection. Though, I seem to have noticed a few bugs... (jokes aside - the game doesn't have any actual error bugs!)

I love the game. Progression in this game feels rewarding. It's a great way to kill a few minutes. There was even a new update that now shows the total units you gain from entomology. For example if, if the base amount of units you would gain is 30, and you have entomology up to 100% it would show the total of 60 (30+30) on the HATCH "button." After you press the HATCH "button," the units you gained from both your base, then your entomology bonus pops up, the first being your base, then the entomology bonus. This makes it easier, and more accessible to tell how many total units you get, instead of either having to guess, or do the calculations yourself.

I find this to be a satisfying, visually appealing idle game with a neat concept and decent interactivity. It is a great surprise to see a decent amount of effort put into an idle game. That being said, I wouldn't get too into it if you don't have $10 laying around for the "no ads pack." You may think "oh, I'm fine with ads", but its more than that. It additionally improves the speed at which vital resources are generated, meaning you aren't stuck looking at the screen for twice as long.
