3. Contact us via live chat, email or phone to answer any questions as you tour communities, and start the easy application process from the app when you find the perfect home.

Ratings and reviews

I have toured 3 Irvine company apartments and every time have had errors. The app is cumbersome to use and forces you to follow along a process. I just want to view the apartment without clicking 15 times. Twice I haven't been able to unlock the apartment and have to have onsite support show up. When I need help I need to contact someone off-site to contact someone onsite. Customer service is friendly, but this company has bad bad decisions at the corporate level and are not customer focused.

First, excellent service from tour coordinators. shout out to Debra and Stephen! This app was easy, spot on, and actually fun. it was like a guided scavenger hunt to my dream spot. The mirrors the map perfectly. I chose to walk to each location due to the stunning layout. Anyone can use this App. Simple.

The app took forever to load, so I had to wait 25 minutes to start the tour. The location wasn't accurate, and it ended up being too complicated. I wasted about 1 hour total of my time, didn't tour any of the apartments, and just left. Really, not everything needs an app. It really would've just been easier to have a human show me the apartments I needed to view. Quite frustrating 👎🏾
