Erratic and unreliable Have had to resort to emailing receipts to them as the app has failed. I use Android but colleagues tell me that iphone is just as problematic.
Not working The app just doesn't respond when you scan in a receipt. Zilch. No response at all.
Complicated since update! Since the update, sync is an issue, Category Management edit is not working, when I click edit it brings me back to the login screen. Im unable to add receipta from my desktop now. It was just so much simplified before. I would have given 5 stars before this update. Its just too complicated for me.

A1 service Good little app getting better all the time. I have had a couple of small issues over the last 4 month and their customer service has been fantastic. Keep up the good work.
Very useful service - saves loads of time Good app - now processes A4 receipts correctly. Note you will need to be a subscriber of the online service - this isn't a stand-alone app, but it now takes a few minutes to submit receipts where it used to take hours to put into Sage. Scans are now acceptable by HMRC too. Very helpful developers
