1. Choose an exercise
There are few preinstalled exercises in the app but you can simplify create your owns if you can't find appropriate ones.
2. Choose your daily target in the exercise
Choose the goal which is difficult to achieve, but can still be. Don't set too high or too low, be adequate.
3. Choose week days for the exercise
4. Choose finish date for the challenge
Your challenge is ready! Every day that you've chosen for a challenge you receive a notification about your goal for the day. Try to achieve and soon you'll see the results.Features of the app
