About this app

I Ski and Ride
The World’s First Visual Learn-to Ski and Snowboard System

Originally designed to help Ski and Snowboard instructors communicate the essential movements needed to learn how to ski or snowboard, this app, with over 50 images and animations illustrating step by step movements, visually communicates the stages of learning how to link turns to snowboard and link basic parallel turns to ski. The methodology has been proven to be easily implemented and understood and creates a solid foundation for a lifetime of enjoyment.

Each image is accompanied by a “drop down” box containing written directions and verbal cues to help anchor movements. Methodology aligns with World Cup mechanics that has been explicitly boiled down to the most basic skills. For most, success comes quickly when used with a professional instructor or coach. Unlike any other learning system, the I Ski and Ride visual learn-to program is a must for the first timer, as well as the instructors and coaches to help them convey the movements to people who need the help. Easily scroll through the stages to find images to match the next thing to learn.

Keep checking for updates. There will be new content frequently.

A wonderful introduction to skiing and snowboarding. Shows what is happening with your feet and strong ankle. Definitely worth the 2 bits.
