Terrible. Ordered a meal and some time later they called to say the restaurant doesn't have an active number (so why have them on the platform?), So to please order again from someone else. I did, and then got a text message to say that restaurant had just closed, and Island Direct had just closed too. Absolutely terrible service. Avoid if you want to eat.

Do not use this app! I have used this app for the past month and both of my credit cards have been hit with fraudulent charges. This is the only place where both cards were used. This has been a huge inconvenience especially in these times where we are being encouraged to have less physical contact. I also now have to fight to have these charges ($900+) removed from my account.

lots of my fellow bahamians have complaints that their credit card information was hacked, unknown charges on the account. check their fb page and you will see the poor customer service, unwilling to accept fault or apologize for any inconvenience DO NOT USE DO NOT USE DO NOT USE I deleted my account and uninstalled the app, everyone else should do the same.
