For some reason the app is not working anymore. After it opens it won't accept any touch input, so I can't log in, open settings, anything. I may as well be looking at a photo, because tapping my screen has zero effect. This is happening on multiple phones across different versions of Android. So at the moment it is useless. 2023: it works way better now!

Forced me to update app now it crashes every time i log in. Thanks!!!!! Update it crashes because i have usb debugging on which ive had on for over 2 years now with no issue fix your app. And if you turn it off still says you have to turn it off to use it so guess its time to switch banks. Don't forget there's no support line to help you with this issue either and they don't respond to anything. Update 10-29-21 - Still doesnt allow me to access with USB Debugging on

The App is no longer working on my Android. Island Federal has been unable to help. I loved this App when it worked. I no longer can bank the way I used to when I had it. I can't see my balance, transfer, deposit or pay bills on-line any longer. Very depressing! Has anyone else experience this problem? I open the App and my phone screen turns white, and that's it. No message, nothing.
