The app was just updated in the last 24 hours and from what I can see has lost most if not all of it's live monitoring functions and graphics which we could previously access under settings-live data. What is displayed is several minute in arrears. This was very useful to keep an eye on what my VPP was doing. Very annoying.

This app proves that when you buy a Sungrow Hybrid system, you don't actually own it. The app severely limits owner access to the point where you cannot even schedule your battery charging or manage grid exports. It forces unnecessary battery cycling, which degrades your battery lifespan fast. When it rains and you need backup power the most, you're left in the dark because you can't manually manage your reserves. Terrible software restrictions and zero local support in Sri Lanka to fix it. Alll

Spent a massive amount on a Sungrow Hybrid system only to realize I don’t truly own it. The app treats the owner like a guest — no real battery control, no proper backup management, just forced battery cycling and faster degradation. Worst part is getting left powerless during bad weather while the system decides everything for you. Honestly heartbreaking for such a huge investment.
