The app is so messy. Multiple screens with different layouts, very slow loading when logging in, and the app also handles file intents poorly (it shows up when trying to install .apk files, and when trying to open a PDF link inside this app, it only shows other banking apps as "Open PDF with", even when something like Acrobat Reader is installed).

it could benefit from an amoled dark mode or at least a dark mode. currently, accessing my account requires multiple steps: opening it, clicking another icon, and entering the password. this process could be simplified by allowing a single password entry or removing the password requirement altogether

It used to be a great app, though since last week it started crashing randomly and now I can't even type my password to log in because it crashes automatically when clicking on any one button. Can't even access my iToken to perform online transactions on my computer! It's outrageous that I cannot use the bank services due to a bugged app. Before you ask, my phone is up-to-date and has no pending software updates; all other apps function normally.
