ITEL Now takes the feedback received from users of the original ITEL App and integrates it into a more intuitive and responsive user interface. The new UI is combined with the same back-end software systems and accurate lab analysis process, so you’ll still receive lab reports in under 30 minutes. We’re confident you’ll find ITEL Now a progressive step forward in claims app technology.

ITEL Now guides you through taking the necessary photos and measurements for upload to our lab, where every test is performed by an ITEL analyst. New features include:

• Checklist and at-a-glance icons to help you review your photos
• More feedback on the progress of your test submission
• More intuitive navigation
• Test carpet, wood, laminate, vinyl flooring, siding, and roofing in the app and skip sending the sample

This is one of the most frustrating apps in my phone. It's fine when it works but it has happened so many times that I'm on the job and need to use it and the stupid app won't open. today, and right this moment, the app just sits on the opening screen saying "refreshing" and a little pop up says "something went wrong" as soon as I open it. I can't even use it. Tried updating it and it needed an update but that didn't fix it, even after a phone restart. I hate that I'm required to use this.

This app gets the job done, but there are several samples that had errors a year ago and won't clear out of the action items and can't be resolved or dismissed; samples that get mailed in never get cleared out of being in progress, and now the app keeps saying there's a new version available even after I update or completely reinstall. The update popup will appear even in the middle of working on a sample. I does work in the most basic sense, so this is clearly a minimum-effort app.

The app looks polished and as easy to use as possible. Unfortunately, that only seems to be the case for IOS. Android users are out of luck. Every time I open the app it says I'm not using the latest version (I am). Half the time it errors out while signing in. Only way around it is to clear all app data or uninstall/reinstall the app. Lastly, when you are measuring width with the forensic ruler, you spend 10min lining up a shot for it to go out of focus as soon as the button is pressed.
