I love it, but it's glitchy. I used to have all my favorites programmed - gone. It crashes. Read report instruction doesn't work. There is no information about oils that have been out since December. The search function for names is slow and inaccurate. It used to be better, not sure what changed. On the upside, super helpful for knowing which oils will help my customers.

I've had the Itovi and app for a couple of months, and I try to use it quite often. However, it rarely connects through bluetooth. I'm very disappointed, considering how extremely expensive this is. It can't help my family or with business if it doesn't work. The less than 10 times I have gotten it to work, I can't tell if it is recommending oils that we need or just random ones. Never anything specific to what we think would be useful.

I got the app so that I would have acess to my scans and more all in ond place, but that has not been the case for me. The only scan that shows up on my app is from July 23 of this year and I did one last month and then one the other day. Those 2 will not show up and then the one the other day was missing 3 oils in 3 body systems that were showing up on the scan results of the person I scaned through. It would be awesome if you could try to fix these problems!
