Support is unresponsive and unable to understand request Had a problem with first device's USB port. Support replaced it no problem. Had paid for unlimited tracking on the first device. Support swapped out my device, however, my unlimited logging plan wasn't associated. Reached out to support to get this resolved. After several attempts, I'm now writing this review.

I guess i really do not understand the negative reviews. i have 5 Itraqs and use them to keep track of my vehicles and luggage. I have used my Itraq to keep tabs on my dive gear all over the world with very good sucess. I am an original kickstarter user and have now gone through three generations of Itraq. The devices for me have been reliable and have given me great peace of mind to know my thousand dollars worth of dive gear made it on the plane. accuracy is dependent on cell coverage and gps.
