I just upgraded to a pixel 9 pro XL and I no longer have access to the best photo app out there, which was pick say pro. But after looking around I stumbled upon this app which has some features that pixie pro had but still not on that level. So it gets a sold 3 stars. The UI can use an upgrade. With that said, I'm going to purchase it.

A good balance between features and complexity. Perfect for me. The best: no cloud storage; no integration with social media requited; no registration/login required; works fully offline. Yes, it's really that simple: open an image, edit, store the image. Using normal Android file system.👍

This is the one. Yeah, if you're looking for a photo editing app that has comfortable controls for cropping/moving/rotating etc, to degree/pixel precision, with high customisation, and overlaying images, this is it. As a nice surprise it even has auto batch processing tools. The only downside is that when you add overlaying images on separate layers, you're limited to like 20% of the tools, until you save and merge all layers.
