2 stars just cause it works well and had a nice interface. I bought the pro 4 bucks, not a big deal I'm the grand scheme of things. In order to get live stream that isn't delayed by 30-60 secs, and the ability to save to the cloud (these are the important features btw) 4 bucks a month for each camera. Why can't things ever be as they're advertised
Great app! I have one phone set up as the camera and one that i use to watch. Only complaint is that there does not seem to be an option to turn the light on the phone on remotely (the flash) for night veiwing. Other apps have this option. Am i missing something? Would be 5 stars otherwise.
When I first opened the package I was impressed, but sceptical. I researched several cameras and always found something wrong with them by reading their negative reviews. The big test with oco 2 was about to begin. I had it up and running in no time and immediately got two notifications, cool. But soon became discouraged when the notifications stopped, I started waving my hands six inches away from camera and nothing happened! I almost decided to return it but I'm so glad I didn't! I discovered that the camera already learned not to send false notifications, that's why I couldn't trigger one, but once I opened my door to my room it sent a notification and that's exactly what I wanted it to do! Thank you oco for making a superb, intelligent security camera!!!
Brilliant app works really well, worth checking out. I decided for more premium options so pay a small subscription, but I would like to see a plan for home use which includes a few cameras for a set fee and not a fee per camera, still the product is great maybe tweak some pricing options.
This camera actually has the features (ea. Cam has an SD card) of a multi camera system requiring a DVR. As a result, you don't have to invest in & install an expensive & complicated system with all the wiring & possibly even requiring professional installation. Set up is quick & easy. More cameras can be added if needed. So, I say this camera is the best fit for simple home surveillance.
It works. I didn't have to go through a lot to make it work. My old Note 3 is sitting in my window and I can see what's outside whenever I want, wherever I am. I was sceptical, but it actually works. Check out Instructables, CNET or other DIY site for step by step instructions. It works.
