The Best Its the best. It says option of app purchase on google play - but how to purchase? I find no option from where to purchase. I find it disorienting that when i am going to listen something important - it says that trial period expired and to update. Please make an option where I can buy for my android phone.
Good for documents, no use for Google services. No matter what settings I choose for TTS on my S5 with Lollipop, Google Navigation ignores it and does its own thing. So does Google Now. So does Sygic. However, I am now using TTS for PDF reading. This is where the app is far more useful. Sadly, it has been an excruciatingly long time without any indication of when more voices might become available. In particular, I would be more than willing to pay for the British English, male voice, Brian (he's definitely not a Brian). Hurry up and sell it to me.
Best there is. I use it with aireader (best eBook reader with every configuration option possible and free) and the Amy UK voice as it has the most passion IMHO. I am only 8 years old and my dad has me reading H2G2 and this helps me with the big words. Our only complaint is "No." Is said as number rather than No. Keep up the excellent work.
Great app Love this app. Much better than samsung or Google. But where has the kendra app gone? App told me to there was a problem with tts so reinstall but now I can't find the voice I listen to all my books with. Is this just a temporary thing?
Tiny glitch! Otherwise works gr8! Hi I am using IVONA Amy UK English beta and @voice aloud reader- read aloud, but there is a small problem! Runs beautifully, sound perfect! But there is a small glitch in the pronunciation could you please check it out! "Charge" or "Incharge" sound weird! And could you please add a UK english male voice!
As an author I use this to check my editing. Love it. But. I wish it had an ignore list. And a pause function. When I receive notifications it will read the notification but it stops at that point. Forcing me to start back at the beginning of my story. And sometimes it stops if the buffer gets full. There is and always has been a slight pause every eight hundred words or so. If it fails due to buffer load it fails at that "break". I got a phone with twenty gigs of free space. And I'm just dum enough to have your app read full manuscripts. Thanks.
