I ha been using it since 2018, and each time I update it's getting worse... now even when my phone can support 5G, the sim can't be use. lost connection and data whenever i use 5G. the problem becomes more and more worse. fix it before bringing up new updates. it doesn't matter if you give a lot of free gifts if you didn't fix these simple problems. before, you give us unli data and hotspot with 100 fup. also free data for 1 day. and now you throw them away and reduce it to 60 fup, 5g hotspot...

Hi. Have you changed your old SIM card to a new (5G) SIM card after the 5G network is launched (end of 2022)? You can check your network using the EasyFix tool (https://easyfix.unifi.com.my/ and log a trouble ticket if the issue persists. Absolute garbage app. Switching from MyUnifi to this so‑called Unifi Universe is a nightmare. For over a month I can’t even view my billing record. Reported twice, told to wait 24 hours, still broken. How am I supposed to pay my bill? This is a disgrace. Scrap this useless app and bring back MyUnifi - at least that worked!

I have no problem with the app itself but it's so frustrating that whenever I open the app, I have to update first before I can use it. EVERY SINGLE TIME. and I only open the app once a month which means almost every month I need to update. It is so annoying, paying my bills which should only take a couple of minutes now has become a chore every time.
