DO NOT GO FOR TRAVEL GUARANTEE! I regret not looking into it before I started using this app. It's a complete scam and all profit is theirs. I was only refunded with ticket charges as my ticket was never confirmed and all the remaining amount which was about 1500+ was not refunded at all and it turned out to be just a 'coupon' to be used for the next train booking which is of course of no use. It expires in just 7 days. Why would you mislead customers by showing the word 'REFUND' when it's not

The app claims to give travel guarantee and double refund in case of unconfirmation. But they only give the base amount and a coupon worth the same which you have to redeem within 7 days. What will I do with a coupon when I didn't get the ticket for the required date. Very terrible experience. Won't recommend to anyone
