great working tool I use mine daily since opening up a store.however there are some glitches. it takes 3 goes for the app to open and let me start adding sales in. seems like it's resting or on standby. feels like it's keeping the customer waiting a bit too long.
Many bugs I had it for about a year. The card reader doesn't always connect right away and by the time it does your customers have moved on and right now not able to switch between 6 and 21% sales tax which is a major setback. It's not possible to use it outside your own country. They weren't willing to replace the defective card reader. Not very helpful at all
Pants iZettle are more expensive then other mobile card readers, plus the device would not work with my new phone. The help team response was "you can keep using it but it may not work." I know that. They would not help with a new compatible version so I moved to SumUp instead.
Why do uou need to know location? I noticed that the app always turns om GPS and also other problem is that the app does not always recognise the Lite card reader first time.
Slick & Professional Been using iZettle for a few years now & have found it to be reliable, speedy & invaluable to our business needs. So much so I recommend it to all my contacts. It allows me to take card payments without the horrendous costs associated with other systems & with an ever increasing number of customers wanting to pay by card, it allows me to meet their expectations. Love it!
Much better than bank card. I have just started using mine and it's excellent. And no big bank charges. 2 problems. Only works with limited devices. I'm concerned about audio port on my device wearing out.
