North Carolina 811 promotes damage prevention and safe digging through communication of excavation activities and to educate facility operators, excavators and the general public. North Carolina 811, a non-profit organization funded by its member facilities, collects excavation information from anyone involved in excavation activities, including contractors, utilities, and homeowners. The 811 service is provided free of charge to all excavators.

Only has a picture telling you to call 811 before you dig. The previous program was disabled and I could not pull up a near ticket when a contractor hit a water line. I downloaded this new version which isn't working properly and won't do anything except show a picture.

Trash. Does not work tell the person who told you to use it they are an idiot. I have tried and tried to make it work it will not work. It directs me to another website and it tells me that this site need my permission and when I click allow another message pops up saying that this site is not allowed to ask for my permission and I cannot find a way around it

Does not even load. Soon as I click on app it opens to the main page then suddenly crashes. USELESS!
