The service is alright for the basic efaxing needs, but canceling the service is a nonpaid job! The hold-music REALLY sums up how ridiculous the customer wait time is. If you don't mind having to go through multiple online error messages to cancel, long wait time for customer service, multiple transfers, or having them hijack for credit/debit card, this is the perfect service for you!

HELP! I haven't used this thing once. Originally got it because I had to fax one sheet and it was free. Going to the library was easier. I have had this app since 2021 and have never received or sent faxes. I've been charged monthly and not consistently. I've had price increases and my last statement was $25!! Talk about money down the drain seeing as I don't use the app! It's impossible to cancel the subscription. I have called a million times! Please send help, I'm tired of the charges.

Awesome app. Went to go fax something at a postal store and they charge $2 for first page and $1 after....I had to send a 45 page document...so getting a month free and then spending around $17 a month after the trial sounds like a bargain....also they have a digital attachment option so I didnt even have to take pictures of each page....I just attached the document and waited a little while. There is a button to verify when it is sent. Very user friendly.
