Every time I try to access my current plan in the settings tab, the app crashes, and I have to log back in. I'm trying to cancel my subscription before my card is charged. I've tried to cancel by clicking the link to my account portal, but when it gets to the cancel subscription page, it's "grayed out," and stays in a continuous loop of trying to load the page while stating that I have no internet connection which is BS! Cancel my subscription! Do NOT charge my card!

App keeps crashing every time I select the option to review my plan. I haven't even gotten around to sending any faxes. The issue is also presenting itself in the web browser as well. In the web browser, you can't get past the screen being covered by a Grey screen that does not move. The fact this app also tries to market to businesses is crazy as hell. Fix it for individuals 1st, then move on to businesses. No business in their right mind should have this company as their fax vendor.

I found this app to be extremely frustrating and unintuitive. Despite many attempts on each of each 3 devices, (a Samsung Galaxy cell phone, an Acer Chromebook and a laptop running Windows11), despite my best efforts and having paid in advance, (just $5, down from $18) I was unable to send a fax. But this was true of each of the 3 fax apps I tried. Of the fax apps I tried, eFax seems most worthy of the time it will take to learn to use it efficiently.
