You'll need to provide a credit card for the "free" month, then be sure to cancel by phone or get charged. I never got to using the app, but the sign-up screens (entry fields) on my S8+ were misaligned and poor. A company that will allow me a couple faxes per year to try their product and meet my needs will earn my loyalty if I get busy enough for a subscription some day.

Edit: I recently had an app issue where it told me to try again later, tried 3 times and I didn't get that error on the 3rd attempt. You'd think that'd be the end of it. It did however go through ALL 3 times even though the error told me to try again later. Resulting in overages they refuse to reverse, the only thing they claimed they could do was give me extra fax pages to my account. This "solution" is pointless to me as I rarely even fax.

SCAM! Same as other reviews, it's a complete scam! They will charge you for incomplete transmissions while repeatedly telling you by email and on the dashboard that the transmission is incomplete! There is no record of "partially received" so of course, you send it again (FEMA kept disconnecting) and effectively you unknowingly run up the numbers so there will never be a free trial. It's a complete scam and they're racking up charges on your credit card. STAY AWAY!
