Hey guys, I have been using jabong for 4 years ,I had no issues till this month. I placed a order for Nike train df shoes but guess what it's been almost 20 days and I haven't received anything. I tried to reach you guys on phone but no response. I tried to use tracking order from SMS but guess what no response. I tried sending you emails again no response, and trust me I am really frustrated now. Only reason I am giving you 1 star because there is no 0 . what type of customer service you have?
Why should I pay VAT? Even I should pay my own delivery charges, then what you will do enjoying with our money? Could you elaborate what discount means, flat 50 means, what are you thinking about customers, the price shows 800, after using coupon it shows 600 and at the checkout it adds extra charges. I don't need your sale, flipkart and Amazon are far better.
I had ordered 1 kurta and 1 leggings ,but I did not got any tracking details for which I have paid via net banking Finally I had cancelled one kurta from that order,for which I did not got refund. Just checking u r service standards I had ordered same kurta on cod and u have packed it ,and also shipped.Looking all facts it is seem that u r not going to give service for consumer who had paid already as u received money and u r ready to delivered for those who are asking for Cod for same product same day
App is good,UI is good .often gets appropriate product while searching.2 points I would like to enlighten 1.refund process is too long 2.if I paid delivery charges why would I pay VAT and others charges.we exploring here because we want good products with reasonable price. But imposing VAT over products makes us push to pay 100 -200 more. then what's makes d difference between u and windows shopping.please look on to this issue.
I really hate this shopping app because, i orderd one thing when i got the product and checked the material was very bad not att all good. But then when i wanted to return the product there was no pick up there was only self pickup. So i hope the customer care will help me in this.
Worst customer service ever! I tried returning a dress on January and they didn't pick it up and it's march now. I changed my number in the middle so I informed them at least 4 times on the customer service line and gave them my bank details but even now the dress is sitting useless in my house
