Ridiculous how a bank with over $2 Billion in assets has an app so horrificly bad. 99% of the time it shows a balance that is just completely wrong. Does not show transactions immediately. Load times are also incredibly slow. User interface is very cluttered and messy. Username is super difficult to remember. Can't change it so invetiably when it gets unremembered on the app you have to call and ask for it and they'll charge you for that. If you need to use this app, I'm so, so sorry.

From constant "maintenance," to bugs and errors, this app shouldn't even be a banking app. It's a joke. I don't even know where to begin. Sometimes it'll show the wrong account balance, sometimes it'll be offline for days at a time, sometimes I can't even log in to my own account despite me having my password and user written down at all times. It freezes, crashes, bugs out, etc. Don't waste your time and just find a new bank honestly.

At 1st it was very good now after a few years it takes alot to put my correct amount.. and now it doesn't alert me like before it takes longer at 1st it would automatically alert me as soon as card was scan now it takes hours and my balance is always wrong and when i pay it still has not put my money in from Cash app or Zelle deposits..Smh... hopefully they fix all this or i will have to change banks..to much hassle with this bank app.
