In order to use this iPhone app, you must have an account with Citizens Bank and have signed up for our online banking service through our website at www.citizensEbank.com. Once inside our online banking service click the "Options" tab and click "Mobile Settings" to sign up for Mobile Banking. The Citizens Bank customer must have an active online banking service. If you are not enrolled in online Banking, enroll now by visiting http://www.TheCitizensBank.com and clicking the Sign-up option under Online Banking.
