Unfortunately, with the changes to fees, you're technically paying two sets of fees, one for loading money into the app, the other is buying per ticket, after awhile it isn't worth it, might be easier to go to a gas station, the convenience fee does not outweigh the fees. No matter how they defend it, it's disappointing, I'm taking the money out and not using them anymore, I might revisit in the future if there is a change, but this is too much. Edit - the funds were not given back. I left.

I do NOT like the new way of charging fees to customers. It is now charged for each game transaction and NO longer per funds transfer. This means less ticket buying opportunities after fees are removed. I cannot buy a ticket with $.88 which is what was left after buying tickets for two other games. I don't think I'll be using the app as much as I used to. It requires larger sums now to be transferred to ensure I can purchase as many tickets as I would normally the old way.

Just funded my account $100 which I took a break after a few months of playing. As many said on here, they are now charging a fee per transaction. Once I've used what's in my account I will be uninstalling this app. Also reports of people winning and not being paid doesn't give me the confidence in using this anymore. I can buy tickets in person without an extra fee, even though I lose the convenience.
