Excellent Customer Service. I had an issue with notifications so I reached out to customer service through the app. Not only did I receive a response in less than 3 hrs, but the representative who emailed me back had taken care of my issue on their end without me even having to do anything. That's stellar in my opinion. I have had app issues in the past with other apps and usually you get a generic response telling you to make sure your app is updated to the latest version etc. Very pleased.

Sometimes the app may have issues, but the customer service alone is 5 stars and more than makes up for any issues. Fast response times!! Great little app for playing lotto!

This app is by far the easiest and best way to buy lottery tickets without moving from your couch. The user interface is so well designed you could practically select and purchase tickets in your sleep, even if you've never played the lottery in your life! I also love the fact that they have great promos from other businesses that show up on the checkout screen. For example, I happily took advantage of one such offer for a free 30 day free trial of AMC+ ad-free. I highly recommend this app.
