I shopped with JackThreads for 6 years, starting when I heard about them in 2011. Solid deals, good looks. After all this time I had my first issue - my package was stolen. This has made me aware that JackThreads has literally no customer service. They claim to - there's a phone number and a way to email - but no one answers. If all you want is clothes, this app is good. I'll be taking my business somewhere that cares too.
Scammers, customer support don't even respond or call back. They charged me for tryouts and now I am stuck cloths that doesn't even fit me. They lost my trust, I will never buy there again. What a shame, I liked that app
I used to love this app when humans were involved but it seems only machines are handling everything now😪 you can't speak to anyone! They generally don't reply to any form of contact they have listed in the app. The estimations on my last few packages have taken a week longer than the initial estimated arrival. Everything's changed over to Euros and I don't see an option to change it back to American Dollars like it began. So it's kind of like a mystery order because you don't really know when it will arrive or how much you paid for it( I've entered the equivalent of euros to dollars and it's never matched it's always been over the listed equivalent currency once I receive the charge on my account) On the date that my last order was supposed to arrive I received an assumingly automated email that one of my items wouldn't be in my shipment that's arriving a week late. The craziest part is it appears that I don't have the option to get back the money they charge me for it. There's only some kind of store credit or digital gift card for the app. Which essentially I'm not really interested in receiving any longer. So if you like mystery purchases and mystery arrival dates this might be the app for you! I think the Wish app does a better job at this procedure at least they reply to emails. If you like to know what you're ordering how much it cost and when it will arrive you might want to leave this one alone!
First Time Using this App! Only to be disappointed! Where is the Customer Support at? Ordered something, its been a week where is it at? Who knows...What i do know is you guys have my money and i have received absolutely nothing....man all these Positive reviews i heard from you guys only for me to see for myself the complete opposite...untill further notice i wont Rate this app any higher than 1 star...Truly sucks you guys have a great Selection and a Great thing going for you guys! But that Customer support is killing me. I hope i can get my refund !
It's a better experience than their website. It's easier to add things to my saved list and see suggestions. The sure usually takes too long to load things
Gave me 3 different shipping dates, used to be able to return items now everything is final sale, only got one shipping update.
