This is my experience, BEWARE before using this service! I scanned QRIS code and FAILED. Naturally, I tried other method (manual transfer). Weeks later, both transactions became success. So I got charged 2x in the end. All they did was checking the recipient bank and confirm the transaction is successful. The problem is the app, why failed transactions but forward my money? And they won't give my money back (1million). I CLOSED my account including Bibit, the group. Untrusted

I used to really love the responsiveness of this app... But why is it getting slower and slower? Especially when I try to type my PIN: the number pad is sometimes unresponsive, fingerprint login: need to wait 1 second before it shows on screen, and the most important thing: moving fund from a pocket to another one, that's very unresponsive! For goodness sake. Please. Fix. It.

It's been a year since I first used JAGO, nothing much changed... still waiting for "Costumer Presented Mode" QRIS and ATM deposit method. Also a way to top up via PayPal, currently I'm using WISE as middleman, would be nice to directly transfer my PayPal balance to JAGO. Still a pretty solid bank, the CS is really useful when my card is blocked due to repeated failed transaction, though it still missing ATM deposit which IMO a very important feature.
