Love this coffee. However maybe the policy of minimum 3 cups for delivery need to be reviewed again. mostly they are not nearby and I only need to drink only 1 cup instead of 3 cups. I don't always have friends who want to buy at the same time. please return the previous policy of 1 cup delivery again.

Nice app and good reward point system. But app still got bugs, it crashed when change password. Also changing password required to have current password which we don't know because registration only using phone number and otp. Trying to change profile picture also nothing happened, neither choosing take picture or from gallery. Please fix the bugs to have much better experienced on using the apps.

I love Jago Coffee, but this app really needs a hella lot of improvement. 1. I have an account bound to gmail before, but because of the new signup flow using phone number, I couldn't move my account to a new phone. 2. The screen keeps getting buggy, after the update I couldn't give tip or using my energy points because they couldn't be clicked! This is kinda frustrating. I hope the Product Manager will actively look at the users' feedback here to improve the app. Edit: Fixed as per ver. 3.9.2
