You can plz upgrade it to better version or you remove it from the store. After filling all the prerequisite entries but yet it doesn't respond. And sending message to 20220 is unresponsive
Jaiz Bank is unfortunately turning out to be a most unreliable bank. They do not reply emails. They don't respond to chats. Their mobile app is simply a nightmare. And they don't even have a Visa or Mastercard yet. So if you aren't in Nigeria, it's basically USELESS!!. I have sent emails and tried to contact their customer service representative for months. Absolutely impossible. Even their online banking service is hopeless. Keeps asking me to change my password and for over a year, I haven't been able to access my account. To say I am disappointed in Jaiz Bank is an understatement. I am horrified at the level on nonchalance displayed by a bank we eagerly anticipated. The level of decadence is abhorring.
I don't think its necessary to provide beneficiaries phone number before being able to send him money its just additional ambiguity to us customers
Jaiz bank you should upgrade this mobile app to a better, I am try to make transfer and top up my phone but all to no avail. Thumb down
The older version is better coz I can't refresh my data or perform a transaction in the new version please fix it.
After the upgrade, i used the app once. The next time i tried logging in, an error message kept prompting that my account is not registered to them.
