very convenient, however the map and ticketing feature need to be improved. why did i must go to another bus station when i already arrived in one? there's clearly a faulty and further development must be implemented soon so it could reach more users and used as main ticketing app for bus transportation.

1. integration fee doesn't work using card (if MRT first then TJ), only from this app you can have integration fee if MRT/LRT first then TJ 2. can't change routes, you have to be really smart and "know it all" to use this app

Terrible app! The location search (To/From) does not work! It can not find any place by name of a restaurant or even by a complete street address of a restaurant, unlike Google Maps or TransJakarta app that quickly finds the location I want to know which transportation to take.
