Provide an exciting experience for customers in using all modes of public transportation in DKI Jakarta and its surroundings. Through this application, it is easy for customers to make payments with a QR code, find out the destination route and fleet in real time and other exciting things.

The app is a lifesaver when you forget your emoney. But beware; while the app works, the gates (esp the older ones) sometimes don't or take too long to load, which is not pleasant when you have long lines queued up behind you. Thank you for the app. Please add NON BRT bus into the system as it's a big part of people's everyday commute too 🙏

I pay using QRIS twice and failed. My account is debited but not refunded. Luckily I can ask help from my issuer bank. Map is also not functioning well, has been trying to pin point some public places such as malls but not available. App performance is also very slow and battery consuming. Source of fund is also very limited, only QRIS and Fello emoney, where are the other more popular emoney and banks' direct debit. Overall, it's a half baked app that is not ready to be launched.

Every time I register a Jak Lingko card through the application, when I take a selfie, the photo cannot be saved in the application. No error messages, just back and forth back to the camera again. So that the card registration process cannot be continued and registration is not successful.
